reason #41045 to love c-span
canadian parliament.
the speaker wears ruffles. the quebecois are loud and obnoxious and the other provinces have to take it like the little bitches they are and listen to it in french. they have it in sign language, also. they sya "hear, hear!" and applaud when they hear something they like. and they have legitimate, intelligent discussions.
not quite as good as british parliament since they dn't wear wigs or talk with british accents, but close.
