predatorgate: ick. there's no joke or cleverness involved here. predator is such a weak term and the -gate suffix is so overdone it's not even ironically appropriate. source: crooks and liars

pagefuckergate: they're really stretching here. cute, and obscenity is always good, but fails for similar reason to predator gate. source: wonkette

foleygate most unoriginal of them all. however, it's catchier than the other gates, and more usable by the msm. source: democrats

cocktober surprise: winner. not self-explanatory, but involves pun combining dirtiness with political relevance and therefore supercedes the rest. extra points for breaking the inevitable -gate mold. source: wonkette
