summer 05 objectives
current music: wilco - i'm the man who loves you
mood: intrigued
sarah and I will go on a road trip around the world after graduation.
we're going to listen to everything the decemberists have ever recorded as we pass through texas. i'll sing along with every word, and then we'll become pirates and sail the seven seas. and then find our mother's 2nd husband in the belly of a whale .
and we'll find him, bind him, tie em to a pole and break his fingers to splinters.

-Finish last chapters in math book, take chapter tests
-read:
Fail-Safe by Eugene Burdick, Harvey Wheeler
Island by Aldous Huxley
Dreams from my Father by Barack Obama
The Jungle by Upton Sinclair
The Entire History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson
Crashing the Party by Ralph Nader
The Jew in the Lotus by Rodger Kafmanetz
Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka
-send cd’s to rose, sarah, jansyn
-send letter to sarah in VA
-actually practice piano, i mean seriously
-compose/record at least 5 songs
- make documentary
-write script
- map out road routes
-find nintendo

yeah. i should start figuring out how much money we're gonna need. jesse, maybe you should write an equation using your soon-to-be-forthcoming math knowledge about how much $$$ we're going to need to go from northampton to seattle and back again.
why couldn't there be interesting things in the middle of the country? it would so cut down on gas mileage...
