mmm... it's been a while

my computer crashed.

it was horrible. the only thing i cared about, my music collection, 27 gigs, was gone.

it's back by now, tricked out with tiger, but my collection will never be the same.

i attempted to spend this weekend uploading all my cd's and downloading music to restore it, but my cd's are in utter disarray. rose has odelay. stefan has castaways and cutouts, lonesome crowded west, soft bulletin. my sister has pinkerton. sarah had the bends, and when she gave it back, i broke it. argh.

but i do have $75 to itunes, which will undoubtedly come in handy. when i'm not too lazy to go through itunes and see what i want. i also bought cd-r's this weekend. hooraw.

i never ended up going to ted leo, which is sad. but i'll be going to rilo kiley/nada surf, modest mouse, maybe hot hot heat, so it's all good.
