bush is walking down the street when he sees a little girl with a box. he goes up to the girl and asks her: "what's in the box sweetheart?"
"kittens," replies the little girl.
"what kind of kittens?" asks W kindly.
"republicans!" says the little girl.
"wonderful." says bush.
a week later, bush and cheney are walking down the same road and they see the little girl and her box again. they go over to her and bush says: "dear, tell my good friend what's in the box."
"kittens," says the little girl.
"yes, but what kind?" asks bush.
"libertarians!" says the girl.
"but last time you saif they were republicans..." says bush, very disappointed.
"yes but their eyes are open now!" replies the girl.

ok, maybe i changed it a LITTLE.
